These past two years in distancing have changed my relationship w nature. I’m not an outdoorsy person by any means, but I like being in a space, inside or out, being present, and appreciating the life and forms around me.

These stained glass pieces are vignettes of spaces and moments that meant something to me this year.

My slow adjustment to the time difference gave me early mornings in Hawaii. The sun would rise over the splashing of the nearby waves against the petrified lava on our little sanctuary in Pahoa.
